December 8, 2025 Meeting

Approval of minutes of Nov. 3rd meeting approved. Minutes not publicly posted as of 2/1/26
Winter recreation: started.
10 elementary schools 2x a weeks and Snug Harbor 2x a week;
Basketball program: 4 leagues, 435 participants.
Instructional Ice Skating: on week 7 out of 8. Full at 50 skaters.
Quincy Center Ice: has opened and has been packed. Have 4 monitors working. No reservations. Have not had to have anyone wait. Open from noon to 8:00 PM. This year has better skate sharpening equipment.
Quincy Festival Weekend: 96 rec leaders worked at least one shift, for over 1100 hours.
