Approve minutes of Oct. 6th meeting: approved - minutes not posted to the City of Quincy website as of 11.29.25.
Park Department Requests:
Fore River Club House:
Hyslip requests use for children's event. Fee $250 for 4 hours
Clifford Marshall PTO requests clubhouse for 7 PTO meetings (on Sundays) to be held from October to May. These are planning meetings for PTO. Councilor Richard Ash endorsed for the meeting space. No one is needed to open the building. Fee waived.

New Business:
Next board meeting on Dec. 8th (not 1st). Approved.
Early Intervention building at Squaw Rock. Massachusetts Tribe is looking for an office space, a meeting place and a place to display a few important items. There is an early childhood center that would need to be reallocated. No timeline at this time; just something the Board needs to know that future discussions will be had as the details become available.
Jeff Sullivan: having 4th annual Thanksgiving dinner give away at Pageant Field Tuesday, Nov. 25th.
Projects:
Christmas Parade on Nov 30th
12 bands and floats
100 units in total (with police and Shriners, etc.)
Starts at noon
Tree lighting at City Hall is Friday night
Santa arrives at Pageant Field on Saturday
Christmas lights and decorations are starting to go up. Will all be complete by Thanksgiving. There will be about a dozen tree lightings throughout the city.
Still looking for large size Christmas trees that might be available.
Next meeting: Discuss Furnace Brook Golf Course: The driveway would fall under this Board not the Council.
