Watch: Council candidates tackle Ward 4 issues on QATV

Traffic, development, Granite Links Golf Club, and diversity were among the topics discussed at a Jan. 11 forum for candidates vying to serve out the remainder of former Ward 4 councilor Brian Palmucci’s term.

Candidates Joel Buenaventura, James Devine, and Matthew Lyons attended the forum (another candidate, Sharon Cintolo, did not). Quincy Votes! co-founder Liz Speakman moderated the event, which featured questions by QATV’s Joe Catalano, North Quincy High School sophomore Amy Tan, Ward 4 resident and past president of Quincy Pride Sheika Babin, and Quincy residents, two of whom submitted their questions in video form.
